Payment Terms

Some of the courses or functionalities provided by Acadmiac will require payment. By submitting your payment details, you also consent to pay all applicable charges for your use of the website.

All payments on Acadmiac are non-refundable except as indicated otherwise. Once you sign up or enroll in a course, you are liable for the complete fee whether you participate or not.

An additional processing fee may be applied by the payment gateway, depending on the chosen method. Carefully review all payment information before finalizing your transaction to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Acadmiac prearranges faculty, infrastructure, and course delivery. Thus, once you register, you have to pay the course fee in full. Under no circumstances will the payment be reimbursed.

The details you give while registering, getting admitted, or applying for a test should be accurate and correct as of your knowledge. If any information is found to be incorrect, your registration may be canceled without refund.

You agree that you have been provided with complete information regarding the course, format, and preparation process before registration. You have enrolled yourself in the course with full knowledge and consent.

You also accept that Acadmiac may send you significant updates, newsletters, SMS notifications, WhatsApp messages, and other communications using the contact information provided at the time of registration.

Registration/Application/Test fees (GST included) are non-returnable under any condition, whether or not you sit for the test or enroll in the class. Students are expected to attend tests as scheduled. Re-registration requests will not be made in case of absent sessions or exams.

Legal Jurisdiction

The courts of India alone shall govern all legal issues or disputes concerning Acadmiac.

Declaration

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the clauses mentioned in these Terms and Conditions carefully. You confirm that you shall comply with them without any reservation or doubt.
